Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from Zettako (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial purchase date for eligible services by submitting a support ticket through the client area or by emailing [email protected].
Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of eligible services and are granted at our reasonable discretion where:
- the service was not delivered as described;
- a technical issue substantially prevented use of the service; or
- another legitimate issue occurred that could not be resolved by our support team.
Before submitting a refund request for a technical issue, you must first provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following products and services are non-refundable under all circumstances unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS)
- Dedicated IP addresses
- S3 Object Storage
- Dedicated IP addresses

Custom setup or Management services, including but not limited to:
- Plugin setup
- Software installation packages
- Custom management or setup services
- Services purchased using promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers
- Any service that has been substantially used, deployed, suspended for abuse, or customised for the customer
3. Digital Services and Immediate Performance
By purchasing our services, you expressly request and consent to the immediate provision of digital services before the expiry of any statutory cancellation period that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.
You acknowledge that once the service has been fully provisioned or substantially performed, your right to cancel or obtain a refund may be lost or limited to the extent permitted by law.
4. Refund Process
Refund requests must include:
- your account details,
- the affected service,
- and a detailed explanation of the issue.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
5. Fees and Deductions
Setup fees, processing fees, administrative fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Where applicable, we reserve the right to deduct:
- payment processor fees,
- licensing costs,
- domain registration fees,
- and charges incurred due to service usage prior to cancellation.
6. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we reasonably believe:
- the request is fraudulent,
- the service has been abused,
- the policy is being exploited,
- or the customer has violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
Once a refund has been issued, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate future access to our Services to prevent abuse of the refund system.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
