- Harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory conduct
- Activities that violate applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
Any attempt to use our Services to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of any system or network is strictly prohibited.
2. Resource Usage and Fair Use
Customers must use server resources responsibly and in a manner consistent with normal hosting operations.
You may not:
- excessively consume CPU, RAM, disk I/O, network bandwidth, or storage resources;
- operate services that negatively impact server stability or other customers;
- run resource-intensive processes that degrade network or infrastructure performance;
- use our Services for cryptocurrency mining, abusive automation, or similar high-load activities unless expressly authorised by us.
We reserve the right to monitor resource usage to maintain service stability, security, and performance. Where usage exceeds acceptable levels, we may:
- temporarily limit resource access;
- request that you reduce usage;
- require an upgrade to a more appropriate service plan;
- or suspend affected Services.
3. Content Standards
You are solely responsible for all content stored, transmitted, or made available through your use of the Services.
You may not upload, store, publish, transmit, or distribute content that:
- is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
- infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- contains malware or malicious code;
- promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activity;
- is defamatory, obscene, exploitative, or abusive;
- violates applicable data protection or consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, disable access to, or report content that we reasonably believe violates this Policy or applicable law.
4. Security Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, applications, and hosted content.
You agree to:

- implement reasonable security measures appropriate to your use of the Services;
- promptly address known vulnerabilities or compromises;

We are not responsible for losses arising from compromised user accounts, insecure applications, or failure to maintain adequate backups or security practices.

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, security vulnerability, or abuse involving our Services, you must report it promptly to us.

Where practical, we may attempt to notify you before taking action; however, we are not obligated to do so where immediate action is necessary to protect our infrastructure, customers, or third parties.
We reserve the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and legal requests.
